AMR's Mission

American Manufacturing Renewal (“AMR”) was founded on the belief that there are attractive opportunities for a US investor to acquire US onshore solar energy equipment and energy storage manufacturing operations that are currently Chinese owned, while maintaining access to the best of Chinese technology. Our goal is to satisfy the growing demand for US produced solar power and energy storage by providing state-of-the-art equipment that complies with all US regulatory incentives and mandates.

This belief is founded on the confluence of the following factors:

• US energy demand is outpacing supply
• Solar energy can be brought on-line faster and at a lower cost than any other energy source
• US manufacturing of solar energy equipment is insufficient to meet the increasing demand for solar energy
• Recent regulatory actions have placed a significant premium on the products of onshore US owned solar energy equipment manufacturing facilities
• Chinese companies are currently the global technological and low cost market leaders in manufacturing solar energy and energy storage equipment
• Leading Chinese companies have built or are in the process of building onshore US solar energy equipment manufacturing facilities and businesses which, due to recent regulatory actions face significant economic and legal challenges related to their ownership

To capitalize on these opportunities, AMR has formed a team with deep financial, acquisition, regulatory and solar industry and operational experience as well as extensive knowledge of and relationships with Chinese solar equipment producers.
